• Minimum Requirements:
• 1. Manages calendars for VP-level or above executives. Organizes and plans meetings, including putting together agendas, securing the location, and confirming all logistics
• 2. Exercises and maintains knowledge of global time zones and cultural/religious holidays in calendar and event management. Coordinates speaking engagements, including preparing the executive(s) for each engagement
• 3. Prepares travel briefings for international trips and large domestic events.
• Desired Skills:
• 1. Adept at calendaring in MS Outlook and booking travel in Concur
• 2. 4 years experience in administrative environment and 2 years supporting VP level and above
• Additional role, initiative, and group information:
This role will support the administrative needs of the Portfolio Marketing & Evangelism Leadership team, mostly with travel and expense reporting, and light calendaring support.
Type correspondence and compile data for expense and statistical reports. Schedule travel, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate space and office organization; maintain paper and electronic files. Three years of experience are required.
