Job Summary :
The MSP Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with client stakeholders, driving staffing solutions for client projects, and ensuring a seamless experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) framework. The role requires effective management of both client expectations and internal teams, delivering results while upholding the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the staffing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within agreed-upon SLAs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and business goals.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, pricing agreements, and reporting requirements.
Monitor and analyze the performance of staffing programs, offering recommendations for process improvements.
Provide leadership and support to the recruiting team, ensuring that the client’s requirements are met with high satisfaction.
Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating as necessary.
Track and report on the success of staffing efforts, leveraging data to drive continuous improvements.
Participate in regular business reviews and client meetings to assess performance, update on progress, and identify opportunities for expansion.
Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other related documents as required.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in Tapfin and Allegis
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MSP account management or US staffing services.
Strong knowledge of staffing processes, vendor management, and MSP programs.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with staffing tools, ATS systems, and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
