Partner Marketing is seeking full-time contractor position responsible for managing project delivery for complex marketing projects with cross-functional project teams. Projects may be comprised of several departments, have high visibility, pressing schedules, and require negotiation skills to balance the needs of project stakeholders. Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and documenting project work and program documents.
Specific work duties include maintaining project plans, creating documentation around standard processes and programs, meeting preparation, communications, and other assigned projects. This contractor position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes/procedures – projects have clear start/end dates; specific manpower resource allocations; budgets and are clearly identified as a "project" by the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Position requires:
• Experience in B2B marketing. Partner marketing preferred.
• Strong Project Management skill set
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 with daily practice in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive work approach to anticipate needs and next steps. Independent worker who moves projects forward.
• Close partnership with Partner Marketing team members to ensure work is on time and progressing. This person will be an active project partner who will complete work as well as manage work.
• Provides input to project approach and steps to ensure alignment with business goals.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree, Project Management Req
Work Experience:
5 years of experience with project management.
