Job Description:
- The Lead Analyst – SAP Finance Business Systems Gathers and analyzes data to design SAP solutions in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements, configures, tests, implements, and support the SAP Finance solution, and possesses expertise in the business function(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities. Serves as a liaison between the business end user community and the IT organization to gather the requirements and implement technical solutions to meet end user needs and align technology solutions with business strategies. Candidates should have experience with FSCM and Treasury in SAP FI Module.
- SAP Finance Configuration and solutions design experience.
- 10 Years of mandatory hands-on Expertise in SAP FI, SAP Treasury
- Preferred 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FSCM (AR)
- Customization experience on SAP Treasury -In house cash, money markets
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
- 8 years progressive business systems experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or professional services industries preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment with personnel located internationally and of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- General knowledge of SAP ECC, BW/BObj, BPC, Process Orchestration, SuccessFactors, Concur and SAP overall technology landscape.
