- Mandatory Skills: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders; document and analyze business processes using tools like BPMN or flowcharts; communicate and collaborate with different levels of stakeholders; identify business challenges and recommend solutions; interpret data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions; create functional specifications, user stories, and other project documentation; support and guide teams through organizational changes associated with new systems or processes; validate and test solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
