Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: 25 an hr on W2
Responsibilities:
• Working directly with client managers to facilitate staff augmentation needs and all related transactions.
• Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and submitting candidates to the hiring manager for review via the VMS tool
• Coordinating all interviews with the candidate and hiring manager
• Providing feedback to the candidate during the entire hiring process
• Working closely with Human Resources to ensure contractor compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Coordination and verification of drug and background checks, all other contractors' "onboarding" responsibilities
• Conducting VMS training with Team & Contractors, as needed
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of weekly/monthly/quarterly invoicing reports to corporate management
• Working relationship with subcontracting companies and managing subcontractors
• Managing the offshore recruiting team daily.
• Daily responsibilities include contractor relations, coordinating candidate submittals and interviews, hiring, managing an offshore team, following up on billed invoices, and generating reports
