Job Title : Customer Service & Support Representative
Pay Rate : $25 / hour on W2
Duration : 6 Months
Location : 100% remote
How many rounds of Interview : Two rounds of 30-minute interviews. They will occur consecutively
Base location is San Francisco, CA
Job Description :
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
First point of customer contact for inquiries related to Enterprise Agreement provisioning, pricing, products, etc.
Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
3 years of experience required.
Minimum Requirements : ("Must have" Qualifications) :
1. Takes pride in doing excellent work and can both teach and learn from those around them.
2. Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills and comprehension with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate matters to third parties.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Technically savvy and able to quickly pick up on new products and internal tools.
5. Outstanding customer service skills.
6. Excellent account management and follow-through skills.
7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
8. Previous experience in customer support or a desire to be a part of a support organization.
NOTE : Previous experience with SFDC or a like CRM
