Summary :
The main function of this role is to receive and validate product return requests, return order entry and subsequent communications with assigned accounts.
Job Responsibilities :
Order Entry (Manual | Excel Upload)
Maintaining account requests via shared outlook inbox
Validating sales history and other details in ERP system
Communicate with customers of RA status while supporting inquiries and changes
Education / Experience :
Completed Bachelor's Degree
5 Years Work Experience in Related Business Field
Excel (VLOOKUP's | Pivot tables)
