What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be :
- Developing event concepts from the ground up and turning them into exceptional experiences.
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to transform production projects into new service opportunities.
- Staying ahead of the curve with trends in event design, production, and best practices.
- Coordinating logistics — from scouting venues to managing contracts and budgets.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Planning everything from venue setup and catering to marketing materials, entertainment, and travel logistics.
- Managing on-site logistics, troubleshooting any hiccups, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Building and maintaining a rockstar network of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
