About the Roleavad3 Event Production is seeking a proactive and personable Rental Sales Manager to oversee gear rentals from our warehouse and pursue new business opportunities.
The avad3 Rental Sales Manager will connect with customers to manage their equipment rental needs while actively seeking leads to identify rental opportunities. This role ensures smooth communication with clients and coordinates with our warehouse team to provide exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has technical knowledge of event production equipment and a knack for sales. They are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with people to find creative solutions for their audio visual needs.
This role will focus on managing existing rental inquiries while strategically developing relationships with organizations that could benefit from avad3’s gear rental services, primarily in the Northwest Arkansas area and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing- Flexibility to work nights & weekends as needed to accommodate clients needs and event schedules.
- Proven experience in a sales, account management or rental equipment role, preferably in event production or live event production..
- Willing to travel domestically.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A team player who values collaboration and fosters a positive work environment.
- At minimum, candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree is business, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
