- To develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through digital and traditional channels.
Role:
· To collaborate with business development and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
· To create and manage content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and engaging target audiences.
· To track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and support growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brand consistency by developing and enforcing guidelines, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Enhance website content, SEO, and blog updates to improve visibility and lead generation, including taking project photos and managing a photo library for use across platforms.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging content, using analytics to optimize performance and growth.
- Develop and execute branded email campaigns, including post-event follow-ups, customer nurturing, and lead engagement.
- Collaborate with sales to refine CRM data, improve lead scoring, and create email templates for outreach.
- Support business development and sales teams by creating presentations, marketing collateral, and print materials.
- Plan and execute brand awareness initiatives, including events, expos, and sponsorships.
- Oversee procurement and distribution of branded merchandise and client appreciation gifts.
- Create internal monthly newsletters and internal communications to keep employees informed.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor strategies, analyze SEO performance, and measure campaign effectiveness to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM software (CRM experience required; Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Experience with social media management and content strategy.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid design skills, with experience creating print materials, brochures, and marketing collateral using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Ability to oversee outsourcing of certain projects when necessary, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.
- Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferred.
