Job Summary: Brake Press Operator
We're seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and fabricating metal parts to meet detailed specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a variety of fabricating machines to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality.
- Gather necessary materials and perform layouts based on job specifications.
- Monitor machine feed and speed during the machining process for optimal performance.
- Measure, examine, and test completed units to ensure they meet specifications, using precision instruments.
- Dispose of scrap and waste materials according to company policies and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
