Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and performing High Voltage Electrical tests on components and assemblies in accordance with standard procedures and/or special instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct High Voltage Electrical tests on completed shipping assemblies.
- Operate and check P.D measuring instrumentation, SF6 gas handling systems, and sensitive SF6 leak detectors.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all tests performed.
- Assist in maintaining test equipment and ensuring it is calibrated and functioning properly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED) preferred and some technical schooling preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Effective communication skills and ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
