As a Parts Coordinator, you will coordinate the sale of custom manufactured parts from quote to cash. Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales & Project Management, this position is based in Richland, MS.

As a Parts Coordinator, you will coordinate the sale of custom manufactured parts from quote to cash. Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales & Project Management, this position is based in Richland, MS.

- Skills: Strong organization and computer skills (proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software) are needed. Must learn to read product drawings and develop technical knowledge of products offered.
- Customer Focus: This is a customer-facing role. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and professional with excellent customer service skills. Will collaborate with various stakeholders including customers, vendors, manufacturing, inside and outside sales teams, company reps, etc.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, such as administrative, logistics, cost estimating, or sales of technical products/services. 2 years of college education may be accepted in lieu of experience.
- Respond to customer RFQs (requests for quotes) for parts.
- Research and compile data (drawings, prior documentation, costs, vendor quotes) as needed and prepare parts proposals.
- Enter orders in computer and coordinate fabrication and shipment.
- Confer with vendors to coordinate outsourced material and expedite material as needed to ensure timely receipt.
- Generate invoices and related documentation for parts sales.
- Enter sales activity in Salesforce software on an ongoing basis.
- Provide other administrative support as needed (i.e., answering phones, file maintenance, etc.)
