JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Quality Control Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our assemblies and components meet the highest quality standards. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for assembling test fixtures, performing high voltage electrical tests (hi-pot testing), and conducting thorough mechanical and configuration inspections. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you'll maintain precise documentation and support equipment calibration, all while working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

- 1–4 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in electrical testing methods, including hi-pot testing and continuity testing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using precision measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and thread gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Assemble test fixtures and perform preliminary tests on completed shipping assemblies in accordance with standard procedures and special instructions.
- Conduct high voltage electrical tests (hi-pot testing) on completed assemblies and verify electrical phasing, signing off on test reports.
- Perform routine mechanical and configuration inspections of final assemblies, reviewing quality assurance records and verifying adherence to technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all tests and inspections, ensuring timely submission of quality reports.
- Assist with the maintenance and calibration of test equipment to guarantee accurate measurements and safe operation.
- Inspect incoming stock items, complete inspection forms, and reject non-conforming materials according to established procedures.
- Stage equipment, tools, and parts as needed, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure a seamless testing process.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair duties related to test equipment and assembly fixtures, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
