AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for supporting our employees, managing employee relations, and driving HR initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, investigate workplace issues, and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements:
- 2 Years of HR Experience: Proven track record in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR: Or a related field, such as Business, Communications, or Law.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use HR management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
