Job Responsibilities
- Manage Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, investigate workplace issues, and ensure policy compliance.
- Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Create Essential Documents: Develop and maintain HR-related documents, such as memos, policies, and procedures.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Respond to employee inquiries, offer guidance on HR matters, and facilitate training sessions.
What You'll Need:
- 2 Years of HR Experience: Proven track record in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR: Or a related field, such as Business, Communications, or Law.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Ability to use HR management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
