Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints and other workplace issues, serving as a primary resource for employee relations matters.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Investigations: Participate in meetings and interviews for HR investigations, following up on all cases as required.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support HR investigations and team activities.
Requirements:
- Background: 2 years of professional HR experience, particularly in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field. Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) is beneficial.
- Labor Laws: Familiarity with state and federal labor laws, with the ability to apply them in resolving HR issues.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at different levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office programs and HR management software.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
