The Assistant Football Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program at [School Name]. Key Responsibilities :
- Coaching & Training :
Assist in the design and implementation of practice sessions, training drills, and game strategies.
Help maintain and enforce team rules and policies, ensuring they reflect the school's commitment to integrity, respect, and Catholic values.
Assist in managing equipment, travel logistics, and game-day operations.
Serve as a role model for Catholic values both on and off the field.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in education, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
Valid CPR / AED certification and willingness to complete any additional safety or coaching certifications required by the school.
A demonstrated commitment to the Catholic faith and the mission of Catholic education.
