What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher Aide position at Available Positions?
St. Thomas More School is seeking a full-time paraprofessional for the 2024-25 school year. This individual will work as part of the Student Success Team and report to the Special Education Coordinator. He / She will work directly with students and teachers in the regular classrooms. Paraprofessionals support the learning, language, therapy needs and social-emotional well-being of students, so that they can experience inclusive education in the least restrictive environment. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, have experience working with students in a school setting and be good at organizing and working on academic subjects with students. Applicants should exhibit good teamwork skills and demonstrate
appropriate behavior management skills.
