Job Overview
The Inventory Associate will provide crucial support in the tracking, organizing, and reporting of inventory levels and reports to the Manager of Inventory operations . This role includes inventory stocking/destocking collaboration with suppliers, managing orders, data entry and preparing accurate inventory report, and requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated Inventory Associate to be located in Fremont, CA office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Signing off on incoming shipments, inspect incoming shipments and stock in inventory.
Preparing outgoing shipments (inspection, packing, boxing, creating mailing labels and packing list, etc.)
Inventory stocking and destocking.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, arrangement, and accessibility of items.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage orders, track shipments and returns, and resolve any inventory-related issues that may arise.
Maintaining inventory updates and location in the database.
Preparing accurate inventory report.
Performing physical count of inventory.
Reconciling actual stock count to database reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel *required*, Outlook) and inventory management software.
Possesses the ability to perform medium duty physical work, including the ability to occasionally exert and frequently handle loads up to 20 pounds.
Detail oriented problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Education
AS/AA degree and five (5) years of professional experience or A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two (2) years of professional experience
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
