What You'll Be Doing
- Providing hands-on technical support to end users and escalating issues as needed
- Supporting firm technology used in meetings, video conferences, and client events
- Collaborating with departments to coordinate IT needs for events and presentations
- Installing and maintaining standard software and hardware configurations
- Troubleshooting technical issues across computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Managing IT support tickets from start to finish using tools like ServiceNow
- Ensuring asset management records are accurate and current
- Participating in IT projects, rollouts, and internal training initiatives
- Supporting mobile and remote access tools including Citrix and VPN
- Assisting with planned maintenance and responding to unexpected outages
- Following firm data security standards and compliance protocols
- Available for occasional after-hours work and occasional travel
- 3 years of experience in IT support, including LAN/WAN environments
- Prior experience supporting end users in a law firm setting (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Citrix, VPN, MS Teams, and mobile device management (iOS)
- Understanding of networking, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with document management systems (iManage preferred)
- A strong customer service mindset and attention to data security
- Project coordination experience is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical issues with professionalism and clarity
- Comfortable supporting users in a fast-paced, client-facing legal environment
Salary : $79,000 - $85,000
