Job Summary

We are excited to offer a compelling opportunity for a Product Manager to join our growing technology team. In this role, we are looking for a skilled Product Manager with a strong background in web application development and healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, combined with technical expertise in web technologies. You will be responsible for guiding the development of our web-based healthcare applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and end-users.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including planning, development, and post-launch activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch high-quality web applications.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements based on business objectives and user needs.
  • Prioritize product features and requirements to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all product development activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in web technologies and healthcare.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


Work Experience

  • 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on web application development and healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including front-end and back-end development, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
