The Role
The Director of Capital Planning and Analysis is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of capital project planning and execution across the Northwest region. This role ensures strategic alignment to drive efficiency, enhance quality, and optimize capital expenditures and returns. The Director will manage and mentor the Capital Projects Management team in the Northwest, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Essential Job Functions :
Leadership and Team Management
- Oversee the Capital Projects Management team across the Northwest region.
- Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and providing strategic direction and vision for team members.
