What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Associate position at Avalon Clothing Company?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Associate to join our team from late October/Early November through April for the Winter 2024-2025 Ski Season. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys selling, loves fashion and has experience in a retail.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Engage with customers to create a one-on-one shopping experience
- Operate the register efficiently and accurately
- Help check-in and organize merchandise and maintain store presentation
- Support fellow team members and foster a collaborative environment
Schedule:
- After training, schedule is likely Monday-Wednesday, with availability for additional shifts during peak times
- Shifts will generally be 12pm to 8pm or 11am to 7pm
- Flexibility to switch or pickup additional shifts is a plus
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, proactive attitude with strong communication skills and a desire to SELL!
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
