Position Responsibilities:
- Blueprint territory, build a business plan and strategy with action steps, and identify a success plan for working with key referral sources to drive leads and sales revenue.
- Call on and interact with Social Workers, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Hospitals, Rehabs, Admissions Coordinators, Senior Communities, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Elder Law Attorneys, Auto Case Managers, Home Health & Hospice Agencies, and other Healthcare Professionals.
- Build a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes field sales and marketing, direct mail, email campaigns, newsletters, community outreach, attending seniorfocused events, etc.
- Perform client assessments with new clients and their families in the home, a facility, hospital, or rehab in preparation for discharge.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events and provide educational programs.
- Implement a multifaceted marketing plan and activities, including direct mail, emails, newsletters, social media, etc.
- Be available as needed on nights and weekends to manage and grow your business.
- Facilitate ongoing business development to meet or exceed company goals and objectives.
- Provide superior customer service when greeting, handling phone calls, and responding to necessary requests by clients, staff members, and all other individuals needing assistance.
- Promote a positive image in the community and be the face of Avalon Essential Home Care.
- Experience in health care, home care, facilities, hospice, RN, LPN, Social Work, medical sales, real estate, and marketing experience is a plus.
- An energetic, selfmotivated professional who can quickly build strong relationships.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Quick, efficient, and detailed followup with regular customer contact and interaction.
- Minimum two years experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
- Strong territory management skills, blueprinting, developing successful business plans and strategies, and executing sales and marketing plans.
- A proven leader with the commitment and perseverance to achieve aboveaverage success.
- Computer proficiency is mandatory: proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and the ability to understand and learn to use data management programs and applications.
- Must possess a positive, outgoing, highenergy, “team player” attitude.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- Earning Potential: $50,000 $150,000 (On Target Earnings)
- Excellent Earning Potential Uncapped commission plan.
Salary : $56,000 - $70,000
