We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for our hotel. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue across all market segments, driving group and corporate bookings, and managing a high-performing sales team.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, helping shape the commercial direction of the property. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the hotel's sales plan to achieve revenue targets in rooms, events, and catering
- Leading and mentoring the sales team, setting clear goals and accountability standards
- Built strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and group accounts
- Monitoring market trends, competitive set performance, and adjusting strategies as needed
