Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Providing education and training to staff on quality assurance and process improvement methodologies.
- Serving as a liaison between the hospital and external agencies during inspections and surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience; prior experience in quality assurance or performance improvement preferred.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare of Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification preferred.
