We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress. Services will be provided to acute care patients, skilled nursing unit residents and outpatients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Knowledge of current physical therapy principles and practices.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in a variety of treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Possession of a valid license in California to practice Physical Therapy.
- At least one year of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.
