Join Our Team! - Forklift Operator (Full-Time)
In this rol you will Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
What will you do in this role?
- Operate a forklift to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift or other equipment as needed.
- Safely transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Stack and organize products in the warehouse to maximize space.
- Perform routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Use scanners and computers to track inventory movement.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and plant manager.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Valid forklift operator certification (Plus)
- Previous experience operating forklifts or similar equipment. (At less one year)
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
What Physical Activities will you do?
- Constant standing, walking, and sitting while operating a forklift (100% of the time).
- Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (70% of the time).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 50 lbs. regularly.
