What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Labor position at Avalon Services Group?
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Full time Warehouse General Labor, If you love teamwork, are organized, and enjoy staying active, this opportunity is for you!
What will you do in this role?
- Process incoming orders accurately and quickly.
- Support with unboxing and preparing items for processing.
- Make sure all items are handled and packaged properly for shipment.
- Assist with unloading trucks and palletizing boxes.
- Use scanners and computers to complete order fulfillment.
- Pack items and work with packaging equipment.
- Ensure labels are placed correctly on boxes.
What do you need to Qualify?
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- A sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
What Physical Activities will you do?
- Stand and walk throughout the workday (100% of the time).
- Frequently push, pull, grasp, stretch, bend, twist, and reach overhead (70% of the time).
- Occasionally stoop, climb, and squeeze (30%).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 45 lbs.
