Local Manufacturing company looking for experienced customer service / scheduling specialist to join our team in Perris CA.
Looking for a minimum of 2 YRS of Customer Service Experience with an "In Home" Services -experience preferred. Please do not forward Resume for this position if you do not have proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist focusing on account management, scheduling and servicing customers with proactive Customer Service and has skills in Overcoming Obstacles.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
*Bi-lingual (Spanish) - Required
*Multi-tasker, works well under pressure, team player, must possess great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* High volume phone at all times - Incoming and Outgoing - bilingual Spanish/ English
* Must have above average verbal communication skills and Customer Service EXPERIENCE.
* Must use fact finding questions to be able to serve our customers.
* Must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
* Takes initiative and problem solves; thinks outside the box. Self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Must learn all of our products and services to assist customers with all inquiries.
* References will be checked for past experience
* Computer Skills -- Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)
Monday- Friday
Rate-hourly based on experience and EXPERIENCE is required !
We are looking for a hardworking, efficient, employee with great customer service skills, good phone etiquette, sales and marketing experience not required but appreciated and bilingual Spanish/ English a plus.
