A Day in the Life:
As a Wound Nurse at Avalon View, you’ll play a key role in the health and well-being of our residents. Here’s what to expect:
- Provide excellent patient care to residents, assessing, treating, and monitoring wounds with a focus on healing and prevention.
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and well-coordinated patient support.
- Complete skin assessments, administer treatments, and maintain patient integrity at all times.
- Work to ensure timely preventive interventions for at-risk residents.
- Document findings and communicate effectively with physicians to recommend best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid state license(s)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
