Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will play a key role in assisting customers, processing transactions, and promoting products to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Hours are
Tuesday - Friday 9:45 am to 6:15 pm
Saturday - 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product recommendations and conduct product demonstrations
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
-Assist in inventory sorting
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
Skills
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing
- Ability to perform retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Knowledge of conducting product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Familiarity with stocking procedures to maintain inventory levels
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
