The Role
The Asset Management Associate will support AvalonBay's national Portfolio and Asset Management platform by conducting portfolio and asset-level research and analysis. This role focuses on capital expenditure budgeting, cash flow modeling, asset valuation-portfolio performance metrics, and underwriting NOI-enhancing opportunities. The Associate will also assist in defining data processes and ensuring the accuracy of key portfolio data. This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with all members of AvalonBay's Asset Management team and the successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn.
