Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of asset management activities to ensure optimal performance and value creation.
- Identification and implementation of NOI-enhancing opportunities such as amenity monetization, revenue generation, and parking asset optimization.
- Analysis of market data and asset performance to develop strategic value-add initiatives.
- Overseeing capital investment programs, including feasibility analysis and execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track portfolio performance against competitors and market trends.
- Management of assets with complex ownership structures, including HOA-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in asset management, acquisition underwriting, or property management, preferably in multifamily real estate.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and real estate investment analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
- Understanding of property operations, capital planning, and real estate market dynamics.
