The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at one of our apartment communities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the leasing process, ensuring seamless resident onboarding, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customized tour plans tailored to individual residents' needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to drive leasing performance, leveraging creative campaigns and continuous outreach to fuel community enthusiasm.
• Follow up with prospects, providing tailored updates and recommendations to paint a picture of what it's like to call your community home.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year experience in leasing or customer service within the real estate or property management industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
