The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Financials Product Manager with deep expertise in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Financials platform, focusing on the P2P lifecycle, including procurement, vendor management, invoicing, and payments. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, accounting, and IT, to drive process improvements and ensure the system aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Process Optimization : Assess, refine, and enhance the Procure to Pay workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control. Provide expert recommendations to optimize procurement, vendor management, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Workday Financials Configuration :
Configure and maintain Workday Financials, with a primary focus on P2P modules such as procurement, supplier accounts, invoicing, and payments.
Qualifications :
Expert-level knowledge of Workday Financials, particularly in P2P areas like procurement, supplier accounts, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
Proven ability to lead and manage Workday Financials projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
