The Sr. Community Manager is responsible for the overall management of an apartment community or group of communities. You will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the office operations, from leasing and resident relations to partnering with our maintenance teams, as well as ensuring financial performance goals are met. The Community Manager utilizes their leadership skills to create a better place to live and a top place to work.

• Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies consistently and fairly.
• Organize and manage resident events and initiatives to promote a sense of community.
• Prepare and manage the property's budget, including revenue, expenses, and capital improvements.
