What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law Attorney position at Avalos Family Trial Attorneys?
Step into an impactful role as an Associate Attorney exclusively practicing family law. We are seeking someone who is truly passionate about providing unwavering support to mothers & advocating for child-related matters. Our firm primarily, but doesn’t exclusively, service mothers. This is a hybrid-remote position with occasional travel to outside or neighboring counties.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-6 years practicing family law, showcasing familiarity with Texas family law statutes and procedures.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Skillful in communicating with clients and expressing genuine compassion to families who feel/are in “crisis”
- Ability to satisfy a 1450/year billable hours requirement
Language:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus but not required
