We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential homes. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing issues, providing quality service, and ensuring systems are running efficiently. The ideal candidate will be professional, knowledgeable, and have a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.).
- Perform routine system inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Respond to service calls and provide timely, accurate, and efficient repairs and installations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about HVAC system conditions, needed repairs, and recommendations for maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and local building codes.
- Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed.
- Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems, including ductwork and related components when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are fully satisfied with the services provided.
- Maintain company-issued vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
- Stay current with industry advancements and manufacturer guidelines to continually improve service knowledge.
