The Resident Care Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities:
- Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and foster a calm and cheerful environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Able to speak, read, and write English fluently, the successful candidate will also have an active CPR/BLS Certification and previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
