Outreach and Move-In Coordinator

Location: Avamere The Stafford, 1200 Overlook Drive, Lake Oswego, OR 97034
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize census, including a 24/7 streamlined admissions process.
- Coordinate with the community team to manage admissions, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Represent and promote the center to referral sources, physicians, business leaders, and the greater Lake Oswego community.
- Contact prospective residents and their families to schedule and conduct tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the move-in process.
- Assemble and distribute admissions and marketing packets.
- Utilize CRM software to track marketing efforts and follow-ups.
- Share center information and maintain timely follow-up with prospects and families.
- Support public relations efforts and represent the community at external events and healthcare settings.
- Assist with tours as needed, including weekend coverage and at the discretion of the Director.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events.
- Support onboarding of new residents, ensuring a welcoming and smooth transition.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Complete on-going training as assigned
- Complete other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Prior experience in independent living, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing, outreach, or admissions experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills required.
- Must maintain an active email address and phone number for work-related communication.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience interacting with residents of this nature.
