Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Implement effective upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and real estate administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all leasing practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for upper management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and property leasing processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and staff.
- Proficient in data entry and real estate administrative tasks.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate legal aspects related to property management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal administrative duties related to property management is a plus.
