Core Responsibilities Meet, greet, and assist patients promptly, efficiently, and in a professional mannerSet up new patients and update current patients information in the EMR systemSchedule and reschedule appointments, as well as coordinate walk-in patientsAnswer phone calls promptly and relay messages when necessaryMaintain the front desk and reception area in an organized, orderly fashionCollect co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurancesProcess referrals and provide complete and accurate referral information to our patientsBalance cash register and ensure all credit payments are accurateExplain fees, services, and policiesOther duties as necessary Qualifications 1-2 years of medical administration or customer service experience, requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent, requiredAssociates degree, preferredMedical and / or administration certifications, preferred What are we looking for?
