Business Analyst Healthcare QNXT Permanent Richardson, Texas Required Qualifications : Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of Information Technology experience Experience with healthcare payers, preferably in benefits and QNXT. Must be independently responsible for assigned stories Familiar with creating Design documents and Unit testing Claims Able to work with Agile teams Expertise with CPT / Rev codes is a plus Preferred Qualifications : Proven ability in Development / Configuration / solutions evaluation / Validation and deployment. Proven track record in Business Analysis Skills Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies. Planning and Co-ordination skills. Experience with project management. Experience in management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Experience in Agile development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
