Position 1:
Role : Technology Lead - iLog or IBM WODM
Work Locations : Bentonville, AR.
Duration : Full Time
Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in development and design across multiple projects.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in IBM-ODM (Operational Decision Manager). Should have experience in designing the solution using ODM.
• Hands on experience in implementing and designing BRMS solution using IBM ODM 8.x, iLog/JRules
• Experience in Rules Harvesting, rules design and rules governance
• Exposure to architecting and setting up a BRMS system using IBM-ODM
• Exposure to IBM-BPM and working in a BPM BRMS based environments will be advantageous
• Exposure to migration or business rules from legacy and other BRMS systems to IBM ODM.
• Experience in Agile Development processes• Should have good analytical skills and communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
