Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring : 24X7 Monitoring the performance and availability of the Adobe Marketo Engage platform 24x7 to ensure optimal functioning and adherence to defined service level agreements.
Integrations : Work with third party vendor or team to integration applications like on24,linkedin, REST API, portqii
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform, including but not limited to system errors, data synchronization problems, and campaign execution issues.
Incident Management : Manage and resolve incidents related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to marketing operations.
Support : Provide technical support to users and stakeholders on Adobe Marketo Engage platform, including answering queries, troubleshooting problems, and offering guidance on platform usage and best practices.
Alerting and Escalation : Set up and configure monitoring alerts to proactively identify potential issues, and escalate critical incidents to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of Adobe Marketo Engage processes, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT teams, to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of issues.
Deployment Support : Support deployment activities and participate in pre deployment KT sessions and review design documents, inventory and go-live checklist
Oncall rotation : Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift rotation to provide round-the-clock support coverage.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in Adobe Marketo Engage or other marketing automation platforms.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support, monitoring, or related roles, preferably with experience
Troubleshooting Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and provide support.
Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Documentation : Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
