Job Summary:
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and the business operations of the hospital system. The BRM will ensure that IT services are aligned with the business needs and objectives, fostering a collaborative environment to drive value and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the needs of the business and communicate these needs to the IT department.
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement business plans to improve services and products.
- Identify opportunities for new business partnerships and growth strategies.
- Handle business conflicts and negotiate solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of services against agreed targets.
- Conduct regular service reviews and provide reports to senior management.
- Ensure that IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
