Construction Project Coordinator - QA / QC Representative

We are is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at our Katy, TX site!

Responsibilities

Initial responsibilities are on site as Quality Assurance and Control representative

Read and interpret plans and specifications

Create daily reports for QA / QC inspections of all trades

Permanent position as Coordinate offers the following responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager with submittals, proposal requests, change orders, RFI’s & schedules

Track, maintain, and follow-up on all outstanding project information

Attend project meetings to report on status of project information and to distribute meeting minutes

Assist the Superintendent with jobsite safety training and quality assurance tracking

Assist Superintendent with maintaining our(record) drawings for close-out

Assist with completion of punch lists and collection of project close-out documents

Qualifications

Ability to read and analyze blueprints

Degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience

1 to 5 years of professional construction project coordinator experience (a plus)
